Hi, I'm Sabrina Anderson.
Welcome to Anderson Therapies.
Communication.
Connection.
Belonging.
When people come together around shared values and what matters, they begin to understand one another in new ways, build communication together and create lasting change.
What I Do
I work with organisations and communities to help children and young people, together with the people around them, communicate, connect and experience a sense of belonging.
Drawing on my background in speech and language therapy and cognitive behavioural psychotherapy, I work across health, education, local government and community settings to strengthen relationships, support wellbeing and develop inclusive practice.
Across local and international projects, I help partners build shared understanding and develop practical approaches shaped by each community’s strengths, priorities, cultures and ways of communicating.
How I Work
Working Together
Designing projects, services and pathways alongside children, young people, families, practitioners, organisations and communities.
Training Together
Co-producing training, workshops and learning communities where people can reflect, share ideas and develop practice. I also offer supervision and reflective practice for individuals and teams.
Growing Together
Helping organisations develop more communication-inclusive ways of working through consultancy, service design and shared learning.
Understanding Together
Learning from experience through meaningful conversations, co-produced evaluation and practical inquiry that shapes future work.
Together Across Borders
Working with international partners to develop locally shaped projects, guided by each community’s culture, strengths, priorities and ways of communicating.
Who I Work With
I work with organisations committed to communication, inclusion and belonging, and to valuing the interests, voices and experiences of children and young people.
These include universities, health services, education providers, local and national government, charities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), professional bodies, community organisations and international partners.
Let's Start a Conversation
Whether you are developing a project, strengthening a service, creating opportunities for shared learning or exploring an international partnership, I would love to hear from you.
