About Me
I’m a Speech & Language Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working across communication, mental health, education, and community development.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside children, young people, families, educators, clinicians, and service leaders across health, community and education systems. My work spans clinical speech and language therapy, cognitive behavioural psychotherapy, service design, and leadership; the thread that runs through it all is connection.
I’m interested in what makes communication possible, not just as a skill, but as a foundation for confidence, identity, connection, and belonging.
One of the pieces of work I’m most proud of is co-producing a selective/situational mutism pathway and resource hub with young people and families, shifting experiences of isolation into experiences of understanding and shared connection.
Much of my work focuses on creating the conditions for this to happen: bringing together different perspectives, supporting shared learning, and building communities where people feel able to contribute and shape change.
